Took 2 hours to mount 4 new tires and do an alignment and a state inspection. Had a 3 pm appointment and did not leave until 5 pm. The alignment wasn’t started until 4:30 when I went to check on a completion time after waiting an hour and a half. Usually happy with doing business here but today was a struggle.
It took 2 and a half hours to do a oil change and tire rotation and balance air pressure was wrong when I checked they are usually very good thanks
The service was fine and completed in a timely manner. However, I think your service advisors should inform customers of the credit card surcharge before the sale is complete. It’s outrageous and difficult to understand, that after spending $50,000 on a vehicle from a dealership, and being loyal to that dealership for routine service, you are still charged the fee. I realize that credit card companies may charge the dealership, it would go a long way towards customer satisfaction if loyalty held any value.
I was disappointed in having to wait 1.75 hours for an oil change with an appointment
Have had nothing but trouble with a car I bought a year ago. Trouble lights began coming on before it was tagged. According to paperwork I finally asked for told me that only an oil change, new mirror and driven required 15 miles was done before i purchased it thinking a dealership would check it over before selling someone else's problem. Salesman told me he does not know the cars he sells. So I need him for what?
