Best Dealership experience in a long time Great customer service. I recently was in the market for a more family friendly vehicle. After visiting a few dealers and not being “allowed to test drive” I figured I’d give it a shot a Grapevine Ford, they had what I was looking for and took great care of my wife and I through the whole process. Our salesman Gage was great and stayed on top of everything start to finish.

Stress free experience We placed an order for a Ford Mustang Mach-e at Grapevine Ford, which is quite a distance from where we live, cause lot of the other closer dealerships did not show an interest….. cause these cars sell easily. Ryan from Grapevine Ford helped us through the whole process of placing the order, keeping us updated on the build progress and finally delivering it on schedule. Very friendly people and not pushy. Nothing less than stellar. I was greeted by someone in used cars that couldn’t sell me a new one but quickly introduced me to a friendly new car salesman that was nothing less than stellar. My salesman was prompt and knowledgeable and I’d recommend him to anyone.
