Grapevine Ford experience Came in for Look at the Maverick, sharp little truck! Salesman was new to the dealership but was very sharp and savvy regarding the vehicle we were looking at. Bought a used car from dealership Went by to look at a couple of used cars we saw on the internet. We had talked to Brandon who saw that we were interested in the two cars but we were leaning toward an Audi they had taken in trade. We made an appointment to meet him. When we arrived, he had it prepared and sitting right out front. Awesome salesman and finance person!!! I had a great experience. My salesman Francisco Mendez was super easy to work with and stayed late for me to pick up the vehicle. He immediately went out and did a complete video walk around and was very detailed. This really helped since I was buying the vehicle from another state. Also, Thanh Nguyen, the finance person was the best I have ever used. He was super easy to work with. Recommend both!!!

Great experience Doni was an excellent salesman. It took me a while to decide on the deal they offered me and he was patient and kept up with me. I came from out of town for a specific truck and he picked me up from the airport. He even bought me lunch since I had a long travel day. This spoke volume about his character. Doni took care of me from start to finish and made the process easy and satisfactory. Andrew in finance was also great. I highly recommend them both to everyone.
