Great Prices, friendly staff I’ve been looking for an F-150 and searched multiple dealers for the best prices. (In fact I drove up from Waco). Grapevine Ford had the best prices and the overall service was great. Would highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a new truck.

MANAGER DIDN’t CARE TO HELP Purchased a vehicle online. Things went well, until time to pickup car. (Wire transfer paid 100% cash sale) Vehicle we were told, could be put on hold up to three days. No mention of this till after the fact. Drove over hour to get car. The wheels fell off the process. Sale manager really didn’t care.
