First time I enjoyed buying a car I have bought about 4 cars before. Every experience was horrible. From the sales guy to the finance guy. Not at grapevine Ford. It was crazy. It was like they were just as excited as I was about my purchase. They were truthful, intelligent, caring, and quick. From the sales guy James, the manager Zach, and the finance manager Joe. First time buying a car was actually fun Picked up my Bronco today after a long wait. I was not looking forward to the purchase /finance but I left singing a different tune. Best car buying experience Maxwell made our car being experience extremely simple, no pressure and very knowledgeable. Thanh in finance was very helpful. Overall it was a great dealership experience. Is there a 10+ star review? Honestly, I had in mind exactly what I wanted because the car sold itself. But let me say one thing, I was blown away by the impression that Mark Grabowski left on me. I have never had anyone sell me on customer service the way he did. Had I received any other service from the dealership, I can’t say that I would have purchased. I felt like first class - in my new Corsair and the service given from start to finish. He carried himself in the best manner and I will 100% choose a Lincoln for the rest... read more
