Great shopping experience Excellent experience with Grapevine Ford/ Lincoln. My salesman is ismael Ortiz. He followed up, he called me back! The car was clean and detailed. No haggling. I was very impressed with this guy and the dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

Bill and Omar are the best! Bill Belt was an amazing salesperson. Made te transaction happen within 2 hours in and out of the dealership. 5 stars for customer service!!! I had the best service I’ve ever received at a dealership yesterday . From the time I walked in ,to the time I walked out .
