Bill and Omar are the best! Bill Belt was an amazing salesperson. Made te transaction happen within 2 hours in and out of the dealership. Signing paperwork electronically and on a flash drive made finalizing a breeze. No pressure on the sale and Onar and Bill both made me feel like a friend and I will definitely make my next car purchase in 5 years again with this group.

5 stars for customer service!!! I had the best service I’ve ever received at a dealership yesterday . From the time I walked in ,to the time I walked out . David Fillmore went above and beyond to make sure everything went exactly like he said it would , even stayed until I was finished in the finance department and walked me out . Great experience, ask for Michael Massey! Michael Massey made it easy to purchase. He is trustworthy and knows his vehicles! He had the Navigator I asked for sitting on the front row when I arrived. Ask him about his motorcycle riding labradoodle!

Exceptionally knowledgeable salesperson! Grapevine Ford Lincoln has a wonderful inventory and it’s personnel are top notch.
