Exceptionally knowledgeable salesperson! Grapevine Ford Lincoln has a wonderful inventory and it’s personnel are top notch. My salesman, Jonathan, was very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable in all the details of the engine and technology features in the vehicle I purchased. His depth of knowledge spanned the details on other vehicles from other manufacturers as well. His expertise greatly assisted me in my selection. I went in for a bronco reservation and they helped Had a great experience with them. They helped throughout the whole process. I have been to them before for car repairs. They are helpful yes.

Debi Harver I was directed to Debi Harvey by phone. I am from out of town so we set up an appointment. She was so easy to talk to. I had a lot of fun test driving the cars available in the style make and model. Although one had a flat tire one we could not find even driving around the parking lot using her GPS and clicking the car remote. Finally finding it battery was dead LOL. We laughed she handled it so professionally. FYI this is the one I bought❤️❤️ Santiago in the finance department was so much help to me also.

Respectful and courteous Easy to do business with. I’ve done business with Devin Bear at Grapevine Ford for both personal and fleet vehicles and will keep going back.
