Miracles do happen! Came in to the dealership not needing a new vehicle, and some tight parameters to work with and the sales team made the seemingly impossible happen! Very upfront and communicative. Was a loyal customer to another dealership, but now Grapevine Ford has my business!

Great sales people do make a difference Our salesman Mark was so easy to deal with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. Always available to us. My husband purchased a vehicle for work and was so pleased with the vehicle and with Mark that we came back for a car for me!

New Bronco Yes I waited almost 1.5 years for my new Bronco, but Grapevine Ford was great to work with. They did not charge over MSRP since I had an original reservation.

Mustang GT Premium Purchase Good experience overall. No pressure sales which I appreciated unlike Toyota sales. Negotiated trade in price to where it needed to be and worked with financial team to get a good rate. Didn’t take the first two offers until we got to where I wanted to be. Third round of negotiations made it right. Overall exactly what I expected. They are a business and as a consumer you should inform yourself before making a deal. All staff were great to work with.
