My husband and I have been taking our now 10 month old baby girl here since she was born. This facility mirrors every other dignity health center office in the Folsom area (e.g. old, smelly, dirty, doctors are not very caring, bad customer service and lack bed side manner). I feel this office needs to modernize not only their practices, but their staff support and doctors as well. Extremely competent and extremely caring doctors. They are prompt, methodical, patient, and have great bedside manner despite how many questions you have. I would highly recommend this office.
Words can not express how in live we are with this place. The staff is seriously the most friendly & loving team we've ever seen. They're always available for appointments. The parking is shared, but there are still plenty of spots. Their facility is super clean & easy to get around. Dr. Arab is super helpful and wonderful with children. They accept most insurances & we've never had a problem with them before. The doctors here , especially Dr Wolfrey and Dr Arab treat my son Corey like he is their own. Such compassionate doctors regardless of your insurance! I wanted to leave this review mainly because of what Cherie did for me. (Not sure If I spelled her name rite) but she went above and beyond for me the other day to make sure my sons eczema cream got filled before the holiday-even though I was probably rude because I was stressing over my sons skin breaking out! The doctors and support staff here are just great. It is a very busy office but every time we have seen Dr. Wolfrey or Dr. Arab they take their time and make us feel relaxed and never rushes. Dr. Wolfrey has been our pediatrician for over two years now and we came from a very small general family practice where my kids saw only one doctor since birth. This transition has been smooth. I really love these doctors for my son. Yes sometimes you do have to wait a while, but if you think about it during the day they are riddled with appointment requests and do not want to say no. So its understandable that you have to wait sometimes. The staff and the doctors work very hard to see their patients. Yes the staff are not overly friendly but its only because they are attending to every patients needs and are pretty busy and they do not have time for fluffy conversation. Dr. Wolfrey is by far the best medical professional I have ever come across. Even with his busy schedule he is always attentive, thorough, and extremely friendly. He always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any and all questions we may have. We have come to trust him so much that we really don't feel comfortable working with any other doctor. I love Drs. Arab and Wolfrey. But more importantly, the kids love the doctors....and in the end, that's what matters. They have felt comfortable going there since they were old enough to remember. The doctors spend as much time with us as we need, taking the time to answer all our questions, from kids and adults! Dr. Lloren was our pediatrician, but I switched to this practice and never regretted it.
