Dr. Arab is excellent. My child is medically complex and he's the first pediatrician who has been willing AND able to handle her medical care and coordinate with the specialists she sees. His office is small and appointments usually run late, staff is ok, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

We have been going to the Greater Sac Pediatrics since the birth of my daughter almost 8 years ago. I switched to the Folsom office from the Carmichael office and have been very pleased with the service we have received here. My kids look forward to seeing Dr. Wolfrey and he is great with them. Sometime the wait is a little long but I always come prepared with a few small toys and something to write with on the paper covering the table. My children were Dr Arab patients their whole lives, and that man is a saint. Once he retired and sold his practice things went off the rails. The office staff since has lost my kids charts three separate times and tried to tell us they weren't patients there. After multiple calls back and insisting they realized their error, but there was never an apology. We ran out of medication that one of them had been on for years. Dr Finch has horrible bedside manner. He has zero personality, puts on a Mario hat and acts like that is enough. It always feels like he is annoyed to be there. Doesn't make any effort to connect with families or patients. Walks in, gives basic information and walks out. I cannot wait for my daughter to be 2 so we can leave to our primary care physician. Such a bummer as Dr. Arab was INCREDIBLE. Go literally anywhere else if you want to feel cared for.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic. When I attempted to make an appointment for my children after their previous office closed and this one took over. the first question was about vaccination status. While my children are vaccinated, I was thrown off by how the question was phrased. The scheduler then stated that they do not accept unvaccinated children. If you don't feel that healthcare is a serious topic, then this may be the place for you. That's due to the office staff who are either extremely ignorant or mostly inept. I would not have given this two stars if it wasn't for the Doctors - they are great. So, one extra star just for that. It's really a shame that they have done nothing about their assistants over the years. VACCINE INJURY STORY ... !! PLEASE !! I AM BEGGING YOU... Do not, DO NOT let these doctors touch your child !! They literally almost killed my son! At 8 months old my son was given a vaccine WAY too early, TWICE!!! Just a short 3 months after receiving a second vaccine that he wasn't old enough to get... he had a huge BRAIN TUMOR that they MIS-DIAGNOSED for a month, wasting my sons precious time... Please, do not use this doctor for anything!!! MY STORY ISNT THE ONLY TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS !!

The office was dirty, the wait was long and the front staff were unprofessional. Dr. Arab has great bedside manner but he's old school and some of his advice/knowledge was outdated. Fortunately there are lots of pediatricians in the area.

Both Drs. Arab and Wolfrey are GREAT caring and always Smiling Drs. however, I have only been taking my kids there for a few months with no major health issues. I love how energetic and happy they are with kids. NIGHTMARE is billing/administration/communication/phone system. To start, they can't seem to bill insurance correctly. Obviously the day my daughter was born, she wasn't already on my insurance plan.
