I wasn't at all satisfied with this office. The doctors are good, I didn't mind Arab or Montano and I liked Wolfrey a lot but the office staff is rude and unwelcoming. They had signs and stamps on everything "additional fee" for this or that, unprofessional business practices. I didn't feel comfortable continuing to take my daughter there so I switched pediatricians as soon as I could.

If there was a way to not give them a star it would be happening but clearly this is the only way you can leave a review. I have given this place a couple opportunities. The wait can be lengthy but this was the Absolute worst experience I've EVER HAD!!!! We were Handled as if we weren't a priority even though our appointment from what I understood was to be quick (med check) we even arrived 20 minutes early! Wow they just completely ignored my baby's health and well being for 5 days. They didn't even have the results to her blood test from last Thursday today (Monday) when I called, when I was told that if her jaundice got any worse she'd have to be hospitalized. They weren't even checking. They don't do their job. Period... They had me on edge worried and sad all weekend. Calling all parents who value their time, their money and their integrity. STAY AWAY. I am finally done with this doctor's office. Today I'm declaring that I'm never coming back. I gave them a solid couple of tries, which is in the spirit of a true Yelp Elite. You don't just judge by your first experience, good or bad. I have NEVER in my life been treated as rudely as I have my this office staff! I called to get my child an appointment and was told they could not get him in today. I said "ok then um..." When first arriving wife felt uncomfortable with how rude staff was. We were quickly Givin a room due to daughter being 5 days old. When Dr came in he was totally cool. We thought we found a good pediatrician. We both like wolfrey and Arab as they seem down to earth and caring. I recently called about having my children visit this office. It was almost a 3 week wait to be seen but I still set up the appointments. The day came and, very long story short, my husband was unable to get my daughter there. He also forgot to call and cancel....he was sternly spoken to about that from me. Dr. Arab is a great doctor. However... WORST STAFF EVER. Seriously... Why do you work in the health care industry if you're going to completely rude. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with them. They treat you like you're worthless. They are so unhelpful! Dr. Arab, please find a better staff to be the face of your business. You're losing business for no good reason.
