I hear maybe doctors are fantastic but the office staff was horrible. They were scatterbrained and so rude, I'm looking for a reliable pediatrician and just because of how awful the ladies on the phone were I am taking my business elsewhere. So unfortunate, hopefully the doctors see these reviews and make changes.

Dr. Arab and Dr. Wolfrey are wonderful. The office however is dirty, and unwelcoming. The staff that answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. When I had a billing issue, Dr. Arab's wife who handles finances was absolutely unpleasant, and uninformed, downright rude actually. I have just had my first visit at Dr. Lloren's office. Night and day. The office is clean, the staff friendly. I'm very happy with the switch.

This review is not a reflection of the excellent care I feel my child has received by both Dr. Arab and Dr. Wolfrey, but rather the poor quality of some of the support staff. My first disappointing experience was when I took my preemie in for vaccinations who was only 5lbs at the time with not much body fat. The nurse came in to administer the shots and then after she left and closed the door, I heard her complaining to other staff about why she had to get the baby with no fat.
