They are very great. They are professional and on time. They are very good at explaining the work that needs to be done. They are very clean and their prices are very fair. They never try to push things no you that you do not need. I have never had a problem with them or their work.

I got 15%discount as I was a first time Angie’s List user. I live in Brooklyn and these were right on the side walk on the garbage pile, kids play and I couldn’t even water the plants. So I had to do this very quickly. I had a regular exterminator but he didn’t call me back, so I had to call Green Earth Pest Control. I made the deposit and they were here the next day. They did an excellent job. There are no bees now and I don’t think they killed them but only the ones in the planter and rest of them just didn’t like the smel... read more

It's not often that one endorses a company that didn't do work, but that's exactly what I'm doing. We had a spider, but weren't sure if it was dangerous or not. So we took pictures, and sent it to various exterminators to get their advice. <br /> Every company we sent it to hemmed and hawed over identification, then tried to upsell us on an annual package for their services. Very professional the only negative was that they didn't tell me ahead of time that the service person would not treat outlets unless I removed the covers beforehead. <br />

To confirm, we never ask our customers to remove the outlet covers, because we have special injection tools to treat the outlets with the covers still on. Some customers want to remove them anyway and that is okay with us, but we never recommended it. We do know that there are other pest control companies out there that require their clients to remove the outlet covers, but that is a major inconvenience, which we would never bestow upon our clients.
I found a small bug in my bed and freaked out- I had been waking up with small itchy welts and just assumed it was bed bugs. I took a picture of the bug I found and emailed it to Green Earth Pest Control after finding them on Angie's List. They called me back right away and assured me the bug wasn't a bed bug at all, but a small harmless beetle. Whew!
