The service was great. It was VERY expensive and I believe we could have gotten a slightly less spiffy company to do the same job for half or less. <br />

I am very happy with their service. It took them 3 visits starting on 07/15 for roaches and the following 2 visits for the bedbugs'removal treatment. The preparation for the last service was not that easy since we only had the problem in one level but as a precaution decided to treat the entire house; it is very important to follow all the steps preparing for this treatment if you want it to work.. We have seen theresults already. The technicians were on time for every visit. <br />

Green Earth Pest Control came out they inspected my home. The guy was knowledgeable, wasprofessional they got back to me in a timely manner. There price was competitive a little higher than some of the other people I called, but the seemed to know what they were doing so I went withtthem. So far so good no ants and no problems.

Green Earth does <strong>not</strong>make appointments, they offer a 5 hour window of time. I was relieved when Mr. Santos came at hour 2 rather than hour 5. He started right to work, and explained what he was doing, how he was doing it, about the safety of their methods, and on his way out the door he thoroughly explained the warranty. I was surprised a Manhattan operation would come out to Flatbush, but it turns out they also do a house across the street and down the block from me. Overall good experience. <br />

They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and up front about the cost of services. The contaractor arrived on time and provide through service. We are extremely satisfied with the service provide. It was well worth the cost. <br />

This company provides you with a lot of material to help you make a decision which we found helpful. The information, written and by telephone, is fact focused - they don't scare you into getting their services. We had evidence of infestation on one floor - thanks to the trusty dog (worth every penny - since it is impossible to tell where these tiny creatures hang out). We were overrun with mice; my landlord kept promising to do something, but didn't. I called Green Earth, and a very helpful young man came over to survey the problem. He offered two possible programs, either monthly service or mouse "proofing," meaning finding all the ways the critters could come in and sealing them up, along with some rodenticide.
