Can't say enough about these guys: using non-toxic methods the entire waterbug problem was taken care of within one hour. <br /> Their service was professional, and thorough without the awful poison spraying that one associates with exterminators. <br />

Great company - explained problem of termites in the home and how to deal with them. Came on time, did a great and thorough job and termites seem to be disappearing. Very good focus on long term solution to problem of termites. <br />

I made an appointment of which cost $125 plus tax and was noted on the receipt as non-refundable. I called back today to cancel the appointment since I wanted to take some time and budget this procedure into my plan for the year. Our experience was excellent from first contact to completion. We spoke with Keri on the phonewhoresponded toour inquiries in record time and provided even more detail than asked for (which was very helpful). It was fabulous and hard to believe because it was so good. They were able to accommodate for my schedule. They called before they came and explained everything as they went through the house. I was very impressed and I would definitely use their services again in the future.
