Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital is one of the preferred vets for West Milford Animal Shelter- that tells you that the service is exemplary and the establishment is community-minded. Beyond that, Dr Louer is personal vet for my 15 year old and 6 month old kittens. He's wonderful. ❤

Dr. Louer has been caring for my dogs for about 25 years. Boomerang (“Boomer”), my German Shepherd, turned 14 today. Dr. Louer has cared for him since he was 8 weeks old. I moved away from West Milford 8 years ago, but I make the 30 mile trip back to GWLAH for Boomer’s care. I wouldn’t take him any place else. Sure, at 14 Boomer has his old age issues, but he’s still a happy dog, much due to care and guidance from Dr. Louer. Thank you!
Dr.Louer is an amazing man! He saved my Athena! He also help us with our Bonnie that passed away 5 years ago! He has a heart of gold! He always follows up on his own time, not just at the hospital! I can not thank you enough! Love from the Glasser Family!
Dr Louer is a very special person. He is thoughtful and shows compassion at the right time. We had to say goodbye to our Sophie, She was almost 15 years old. The is a very long life for a Golden Retriever. It was during the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic..He spoke softly and his beautiful eyes (yes Carol you know) made us feel like he really cared about us . What a great vet and animal hospital this is
