Dr. Louer is a great doctor and the office is very polite. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
I had to do the best thing for my dog, but the worst for me on Thursday afternoon... First I apologize because I don't remember the female techs name... But her and Dr Louer treated Dante like he was their own... He was very uncomfortable and they brought him a comforter to lay on and did all they had to do with him on the floor on their knees... this could have been a very unfortunate experience as the appt made for me via tel. no one admitted to knowing about. after taking a cab at $150. to get to your hospital I was pleased to meet Dr. Louer. A very kind and caring doctor who gave Scarlet a very good xam. my only negative=product I need is no longer made by Ft. Dodge. I looked all over the internet and found generic item made by Henry Shein. a long known animal med company. I need a RDX for product so now I must ask Dr.Louer to order for Scarlet. We are new to GWAH and are already very impressed with their service! During our first visit with our new dog the staff was friendly and we could tell they sincerely love what they do. They even went out of their way to mail us a rebate for medication that we purchased weeks prior along with a copy of our invoice so that I could easily request the rebate. We are so glad we chose Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital to care for our pets!
The people at GLAH are wonderful. Our dear dog, Molly, aged 16 1/2, had recently reached what my husband and I sadly realized was the end of her life. GLAH helped all three of us through this difficult passage. The doctor and technician were incredibly thoughtful and considerate throughout. When the time comes for us to acquire another dog, we will definitely continue to go to GLAH for health care.
Love GWAH love all staff and especially Dr Louer...he has taken care of my first GSD for 13 yrs and now my current GSD for 10yrs ...won't see anyone else...love him and his very caring ways!
