And where else will the vet's wife schlepp a nestling raccoon out to a sanctuary over an hour away because you found another one after just returning home from dropping off the first one at the sanctuary? Friendly,warm staff, their passion and compassion is palpable.

RecommendedWe had the good fortune to use GLAH for the last 13 years for our beloved fur baby, Hunter, until his passing last month. They are a wonderful, caring, compassionate team of doctors and staff, who are excellent at what they do, and were always there for Hunter, and us, as well! From regular office visits, to emergencies, surgeries and ultimately, helping us cope when Hunter crossed the Rainbow Bridge (at home, thanks to Dr. Louer, which is an incredible gift) , I would not have wanted to go through it all anywhere else. Our beautiful Tillie was a patient at GWL Animal Hospital for a few years. Unfortunately, when we needed them, they didn't have the compassion to make an appointment for an emergency euthanasia when our dog was in crisis. The kind folks at Vernon Veterinary Clinic were able to see her immediately even though they had other patients. They were caring and compassionate even with total strangers.
