Our beautiful Tillie was a patient at GWL Animal Hospital for a few years. Unfortunately, when we needed them, they didn't have the compassion to make an appointment for an emergency euthanasia when our dog was in crisis. The kind folks at Vernon Veterinary Clinic were able to see her immediately even though they had other patients. They were caring and compassionate even with total strangers.
