The service has been 100% commendable, from the first time I reached out with questions to getting someone in to be with mom. I am thrilled with the caregiver and mom is also very happy. Michael and his staff are always very helpful with answering questions and adjusting schedules.

Michael was excellent, extremely responsive and empathetic. We are so grateful to him for helping our family in a time of crisis. On the whole, the Caregivers were good. There was a range of pro activity. All were very kind to our father and ensured his safety.

I have used five of your people: Mutale, Louanne, Angela, Rosa and Carol. All were excellent except for Carol. Carol was to cook dinner for me on a Wednesday and arrived at one or two in the afternoon and somehow thought it was four thirty. She was scheduled to cook for me the nest Friday and had to cancel because of a doctor's appointment. She was also scheduled to cook for me the next Monday, but by then, I had given up on her and canceled. In my experience, she is simply unreliable.
