We have been happy with this experience so far. Michael has been very helpful navigating us through this home care experience. He is always prompt in answering calls and questions. Our care giver is also very nice and my husband is comfortable with her being here.

Overall it was excellent except the one caregiver, Betty, who was unable or unwilling to care for my father and walked off the job. She was rude & totally lacked any compassion for the situation. I did not include her in my rating for caregivers as everyone else was extremely capable & wonderful & did not want to take away from them.
