I am thankful for this service being available so my father can stay in his home. It did not take long to set up the service for my father. His home care aide is wonderful. The office staff are very helpful and have communicated well with his long term care insurance company. I highly recommend Griswold Home Care and the home care aide.

Everything went well - no issues other than one evening of no coverage that I was able to take care of myself. Aides were good - some better than others, all were at least adequate. Marquita was amazing! She was doing her job very well, but she also truly cared about my mom. My mom was impressed with how she would remember what mom asked of her and how she liked things done. When my mom had a medical emergency she called me immediately and then 911 and got her the help she needed. She stayed with her until I could get there.... read more
