From the first conversation with the owner, we could tell he was more interested in our needs and his agency's ability to meet those needs. He was able to provide help from day one of our home care need and consistently thereafter. If an aide was unable to make her commitment, he found a replacement. The experience of the aides became obvious as they made suggestions to improve the care of the patient as time went on, so that was appreciated.
