Griswold Care Pairing is an quality organization. I am an educator/community leader in the Longwood Area. I recently had spine surgery and had a terrible experience at a rehab center. I quickly had to find home care and Griswold stepped in with the upmost respect and concern for my needs. Their caregiver was a blessing and exceptional at caring for me. Griswold Care has done everything they promised and more. Thier office staff are excellent. The home care aid we have is outstanding and listens to all our needs.
I can't say enough about the caregivers. We basically worked with 4 different Caregivers, days & nights. They were all wonderful, caring and professional. They knew exactly how to manage my mother 's mood swings and were so respectful. The administrative staff Letti & Billy were great. Flexible and worked with us as we made schedule changes. First started working with Griswold Care Pairing of Greater Orlando in 2016 when my father became ill, and I simply can't say enough positive things about the overall experience. Caregivers were kind compassionate and Griswold leadership really listened and helped our family navigate a very challenging time. Dad passed in 2017. I would recommend Griswold Care Pairing for anyone looking for caregivers. Almost 15 years ago, we hired them for caregivers for my grandfather. Years later, we also went through them for caregivers for my grandmother. Just recently, I went to them again for care for my other grandfather.
