I found your staff very nice and helpful. I was not happy with the company that does your accounting or the method/ system that they use in doing their accounting. To have the two caretakers not receive their pay for weeks should be totally unexceptable by a company that wants to have a good name in the industry. The people that you employ are exceptional but I feel that your company needs to improve the accounting company or find out why it takes so long for the caregivers to get paid for the hard work they did.
