When searching for home health care, Griswold was highly recommended by the other residents at the retirement community. Everything has matched that high reputation, from the quality of the caregivers to the professionalism of the office staff. Hiring for someone else so I can only relay my observances and what I was told. Each caregiver I met was very friendly. The office staff worked very hard to accommodate our needs and keep in touch. According to the patient- most caregivers were difficult to communicate with as English was not spoken well. Some of the caregivers did little unless asked to ( more like baby sitting) and a couple came in and took charge. Quite a variance in their understanding of the job. I would still recommend.

All the nurses were wonderful. It was my Uncle who was trouble. But the nurses and all the team was wonderful to work with. My uncle was a very difficult situation and Griswald Team helped mitigate a very stressful and unlivable situation for my family by assisting us in relocating him to his sisters home in Clearwater.
