It was a helpful and supportive experience from the first call all the way through to having to put the care plan on hold for now. Kathleen and Alexis spent time on virtual calls, in the home and by email to get a good picture of our needs and the situation at hand. Alexis shared notes after our meetings to clarify what was talked about.
