We have used at least 6 different Care Giver from Griswald. I find them to be proffessional & caring. They go out of their way to bond with the clients. They have made good care suggestions. In emergencies they knew what to do and have been so responsible.

Our caregiver is very reliable. She is patient with my wife and tries to engage her in activities beyond sitting. The agency also furnished a sitter one evening when I needed to go out for several hours, and she was very helpful. The staff has helped me with dealing with MetLife reimbursements (though none have been received as yet.)
