Overall is was a good experience. Some caregivers did less than others. but the flexibility of the office when I needed changes to the schedule was good. After Mom went into assisted living, I was notified I had outstanding bills not paid. Tristan and I went over some of it, but it was discovered that the office manager was not keeping proper track of my account. I found one slip that was filled out wrong and paid that difference, but never heard back if I still owe anything and if so the specifics of dates and which caregiv... read more

I am extremely happy with Griswold home care. Once mom gets out of rehab, I will be calling to schedule a caregiver. I dealt with Karen before she was promoted. I can’t say enough about her professionalism, caring and attentiveness to our needs. She really was an asset to your company.
