All in all things worked out well. Mom was exceedingly stubborn in wearing her hearing aids and listening to dietary advice. For the most part, the aides worked well within Mom's limitations.

The office kept me informed of what would happen before hand and after the care started. I like the forms that are filled out stating what was done that day. They adjust to our needs when we need certain things done. I feel at ease with them taking care of my mother. The only negative thing I can say is we got used to someone then they left, but her replacement is nice. The possibility that someone we have may leave at any time is a bit concerning. I guess it's part of the business.
