We had a very pleasant experience. Misty was fabulous and immediately helped us get the care we needed for our mom. All the care givers took great care of my mom and gave peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of.

It has been a very positive experience. They are attentive to all of our needs. Very flexible. Whenever a home health aide calls out they immediately have a replacement. The office is in constant communication with me regarding any changes and to just check in. The home health aides are kind and responsive to my mother in law! I would definitely recommend them!!!

Griswold Cumberland County was great to work with, I wish all companies would care and provide customer service like them. Many of the caregivers are excellent, some I think even angelic. Though if there is an issue with one the office was very quick to step in and find a solution. The office was always on top of things, Misty is top notch, smart, attentive, empathetic, I would hire her for any role.
