Griswold provided service for my mother only for a brief time so far. They were very understanding with my fathers not readiness to give up his responsibility of my mother. We did have several people come out for a couple of weeks and they were very professional and helpful to my mother’s needs. They had the knowledge to use all the equipment my mom had. Hoyer lift. When my father is ready for help we will be calling them back most definitely. They work with you!!

It was a very difficult decision for this family to reach out for homecare for our 99-year-old mother. The family, as well as Mom have always been independent and self-sufficient- therefore the decision to allow "someone" into our home to care for our loved one was not easy. When my mother's health started to decline during 2022-2023, and I didn't want her being home by herself, we started working with a home health care company. A month or so into the care, I received a phone call, telling me to meet them at the hospital. It was a minor fall, but my mom and I weren't too happy about the situation, and I started looking for a new agency.
