This is the first time I used a agency in helping take care of my father,I did my research & picked griswold! I had one aide that took care of my father her name was Mary who took care of my dad the longest & she was absolutely great! I had other aides that took care of my father & they were also good no complaints they communicated with me if any issues with my father! Thanks Griswold for being there when I needed you the most & Thanks to the office staff for being so helpful & supportive!

Our first worker was terrible! I would never let her back in my home! The next two were great! My husband liked Casandra very much because she was much more comfortable if inter-acting with him and he loves to talk! It is my hope that she will be available when we next need someone . Thank you for you help!

It's been a mostly positive experience. The first caregiver was very abrupt with my parents despite her years of experience. My parents really enjoy the second caregiver. The office staff checks in regularly which is great but I noticed sometimes what I tell them doesn't get relayed to caregiver.
