It was great. Misty Thomas was particularly great. Always responsive and helpful. Great and open communication I appreciate all that Griswold did. You helped keep my mother at home where she wanted to be.

The company coordinator worked well with us to have a caregiver who fit our needs as well as our personality of our loved one. Sometimes an elderly person wants someone who relates whether old or young in age, that appreciates and understands what it is like to have lived a full life, independently and now is in to ask for help. Overall I would use Griswold again.

The last year has been good but in the beginning it took the company a week to get a care giver to the house when they said it would only take 24 hours. The pricing is horrible due to the fact that they charge for time & half on holidays to be paid to the company when in fact the company is not doing anything on the holiday. I can see paying the care giver on holiday. Over all experience was alright.
