Some caregivers were great, others not so much, but that comes with the territory. Office staff was very quick and responsive getting care in place, but explanation and administration of payment protocol left a lot to be desired, i explained that i was power of attorney, and lived out of state, and would have to pay by check. Agency said that mailed checks were fine, and to submit payment to each caregiver and agency at the end of the service week. Many caregivers expected payment same day, and wanted cashapp or venmo. Every thing started out great, but after a month it seemed that we were not that important ant more. We had 2 great aides that did a wonderful job with my wife. I told my contact at the office that it was very important that we have consistency, but suddenly they reassigned our weekday aide to someone else.
