I interviewed and was surprised how caring Jen was about the clients and also the caregivers. They insure all caregivers have been screened to meet the requirements of the state of Ohio. They base their rates and caregiver pay on complexity of care. They also try to match their caregivers with the clients based on personality and capabilities of the caregivers and client.
