As a retired RN, I have been thoroughly impressed by Jennifer and her team!! They have cared for me and my needs way beyond expectation! Jennifer is amazing! I just happened upon Griswold Home Care of South Columbus and Fairfield County when I was looking for a new job in January. I interviewed and was surprised how caring Jen was about the clients and also the caregivers. They insure all caregivers have been screened to meet the requirements of the state of Ohio. They base their rates and caregiver pay on complexity of care. They also try to match their caregivers with the clients based on personality and capabilities of the caregivers and client. Jennifer was very professional from my very first encounter with her on the phone. She was responsive to phone calls and texts and went out of her way to make sure the care givers were available, even if it was short notice. The caliber of the care givers was much better than what we had experienced with another Medicare Home Health Agency. I feel like Jennifer tried to match the personality of the care giver to the clients needs and personality.
