We felt Jen was very kind and understanding. She was very helpful providing information as this is our first experience with home healthcare. Jenny was so nice and helped Mom with her needs.She also did some household chores which was nice.

We've been very pleased with most of the caregivers. I called in a panic at last minute when we needed someone and Jeff got on it and got someone for us right away. We now have Philomina whom we all just fell in love with. She goes well and above to please us and is very kind. I hope we can continue with her!! Thank you!

Our experience with Griswold has been a positive one thus far. My mother's care is of the upmost importance to me and she has expressed to me that she feels comfortable with her caregiver and also that she enjoys her time spent with her caregiver. It is wonderful. Chris is getting excellent care and her last Health Care agency had quiet a few call offs and the family was back up. It is so comforting to know that we can go out of town without having to come back because of a call off.

From the very first conversation I had with Jen and then Jeff, I had a positive feel. It was apparent they truly cared about our situation and my parents. It was not just about their business. They were willing to help in any way they could. Jeff even sent me indo on the Veteran's Administration for my father.
