I really appreciated how promptly of a response Jen provided when I asked for assistance through the A Place for Mom website. She was able to meet with me & my mother quickly to discuss what services Griswold Home Care could provide and how they matched up with what we thought we needed. Briana, our caretaker, has been wonderful and responsive to our needs. We have made some changes in the coverage Griswold is providing, but we are hopeful the wonderful service will continue.
