This was my first experience with Groove Toyota and I am very impressed with the people of this company. I had the pleasure of working with the sales rep, Ley Suarez. She was beyond wonderful. Ley made each step of the buying process seem effortless. My hat off to her for an excellent job.
I’ve worked with this dealership many times in the past, and this time was, once again, a very positive experience! Bohdi Crouch was my sales representative, and he saw the purchase through, start to finish. Because I had to order the vehicle I wanted, he kept me informed of the progress all along the way, and was very knowledgeable and helpful!
Incredible service and staff. I had worked with Harrison Knauert and Josh Roley and both of these individuals provided exceptional service. They were very personal and helped me through my unique buying experience. They went above and beyond to help get me and my family into the right vehicle and dropped everything to help when I showed up unscheduled. Cannot praise these two individuals more. They have made my car buying experience great and I will be back.
I purchase a 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro from Groove Toyota Sept. 13th. I worked with Bohdi Crouch/salesperson, he was able to find the exact Tacoma that I was looking for, the TRD Pro can be challenging to source. His communication ( via texting & e-mail ) was outstanding, it was timely and accurate. the overall experience with the dealer and Bohdi was very professional and I appreciate that. We’ve been coming to Groove for years and so has our family. We’ve come in several times before and ended up wasting Youcef’s time but today we finally were able to come back and purchase a brand new 4 Runner from him and he did not disappoint with a deal! Youcef sold me my previous car and gave us a great deal on that one too so it was no surprise. He treats everyone like family and will always have returning customers with us!

Dominic Labarge was an excellent sales person! He was knowledgeable, but checked on answers to questions with his manager when necessary. He was kind, respectful, understanding, flexible, very organized and had a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend him! Groove Toyota was very helpful to me with the financial aspects of purchasing my car and my trade in. Again, a high recommendation!
