New 2023 Toyota Prius Prime from Groove Toyota I just received my new 2023 Toyota Prius Prime from Groove Toyota. Josh Merbitz was my salesman and he did an excellent job! Due to a delayed supply of the plug-in hybrids, the process took 12 months. Josh was always pleasant to work with and he kept me well informed. The final process of the delivery, demonstration, driving, and purchase went well. Josh was excellent at demonstrating the car for me. The final purchase process went well also. Thanks team!

Friendly with no pressure Friendly, helpful, and from all appearances so far: honest. Just about everyone we interacted with was personable. The sales manager took the time to listen to and answer all my questions without putting on any pressure. Our sales associate was enthusiastic and responsive to our needs.

thanks Bryan we have to thank Bryan for the way he guided us through the purchase of a used car we had seen on your web site. He contacted us from the info we left on the web site,asked when we would be at the deelership, and promptly meat us ,with keys and plate for a test drive. during the drive he gavs us info on the car, pointed out the inportant basics of that model. Groove Toyota/Matt Nemetz Are Great! Bot my firstToyota (RAV4) from Groove 9 years ago which I wouldn’t trade-in. Only Groove services it! Bot my second RAV4 (Hybrid) from Matt at Groove this weekend. Matt made everything straight forward and easy from my initial decision through the order process until I drove if off the lot!

Nia Kicked Butt! From the Get Go, Groove Toyota made things easy. Nia was our salesperson and she was awesome to work with. She listened to what we were looking for, narrowed down the field, and nailed the vehicles to look at. Everything was smooth as warm butter and we were in and out of the dealership within three hours. No All Day Runaround which was nice. Overall Nia kicked some serious butt and Groove had exactly what we wanted.
