Groove Came Through. .. I posted a 1 star review 2 weeks ago after trying to buy a used vehicle. I received a phone call a little later from Mason. I explained the situation and things started to move forward from there. Ultimately, Groove stepped up and made repairs to the used vehicle I was trying to buy. Recently bought my new rav 4 from groove and it was was a great experience. Harrison was easy to work with and and very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process!
Overall experience was great. We worked with Matt, who was the best / easiest sales dude I have worked with. No typical up sell, no xx, still actually enjoyed the experience. We had gone to AutoNation Toyota on Arap, which was horrible, typical sales hustle, no attention to details, my usual experience with a dealer. Matt and team were great, really glad we found them
