Patty helped me look at Toyota Highlander. She was very nice and professional. i was looking for a used Hybrid Highlander. I really liked the one she showed me, and I later realized it was a very fair price. I was unfortunately at the beginning of my search, so I didn’t understand values yet. I was dreading making an appointment, but It turned out to be a very good experience
