Alhamdulillah we just closed on our first home and had such an amazing experience with Guidance Residential as a whole and especially with our lender Ihab Altufaili!! I was referred to Guidance Residential when I asked about Islamic financing at the local mosque. I call in and customer service connected me with Mr.Mohammad AbedElNabi & Muna Sayaad. The overall process was not as complex as I thought it would be since Mohammad and Muna were a quick phone call away. They both provided me with consistent quality of customer service during the pre-approval stage and closing process.The rate I was offered was very competitive.
