For our first homebuying experience, the process through Guidance Residential went extremely smoothly. The account executive who helped us through the process was Mahmoud Awadallah. He was very professional and guided us through each step along the way. Mahmoud was always a phone call or text away when we needed help or clarification about something. I applaud the sincerity and honesty of Shoaib​​​​ Nawaz assisting with Mortgage Refinancing as he handled tasks very efficiently. Unlike some of other mortgage representatives out there, he did not just make up or say things that he was not sure of, but he himself involved his manager to come on the line and answer all of my questions that I had doubts of and was not sure of.
