Assalam o alaikum warahmatullah e wabarkatoh! I was a first time home buyer through Guidance Residential with brother Mohammed Reja. The entire process was okay but could have been a little better. I really wished the under writing team could be a little considerate when reviewing documents. I had to submit the same exact documents like 3-4 times. Brother Mohammed was very professional, provided outstanding customer service, guided me through out the process to ensure my home closes in a timely fashion.
