I really wished the under writing team could be a little considerate when reviewing documents. I had to submit the same exact documents like 3-4 times. I have purchased a home through Guidance Residential this month of February 2024 and have to say that it was quite a process. Lots of paperwork and proof of income was needed because of my complicated situation as a self employed business man.
