I really wished the under writing team could be a little considerate when reviewing documents. I had to submit the same exact documents like 3-4 times. Brother Mohammed was very professional, provided outstanding customer service, guided me through out the process to ensure my home closes in a timely fashion.

Guidance Officer was responsive and communicated with us in a timely mannar. my only recommendation is to have more speciffic another with more knowledge information to the clients.
I have purchased a home through Guidance Residential this month of February 2024 and have to say that it was quite a process. Lots of paperwork and proof of income was needed because of my complicated situation as a self employed business man. Guidance is not for help Muslim people. They are here for just profit. I try to get only $170000 loan for buy home. I have w2 .income is 100000k still they declined my application. I live in nyc. Try with nyc agent but they are not helpful. I know some friends they also tried to get home loan but guidance declined them. I'm not recommending guidance. They just look there profits. So please do try to get home loan from guidance. Don't waste your time. I'm very disappointed with guidance.
