DO NOT USE GUY ROOFING FOR YOUR ROOF REPLACEMENT/REPAIRS!! They talk the talk , but they do not walk the walk!! Or crew left discarded nails strewn throughout my yard, there was no follow up inspection, and they threatened legal action on a bill that had been paid. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service!!

This company wanted to charge me $3,000 to fix a $25 pipe boot that was causing a roof leak. I unfortunately wrote them the check prior to doing any research and they cashed the check prior to doing any work at all. After multiple friends/family advised me to avoid using this company, I decided to go with a local company. I called my sales rep and he advised that I can get my money back but when I asked him about the timeline in which I can expect my $3k back he stated he has no idea that's a question for the accounting depa... read more

DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY! DISHONEST AND RUTHLESS! We have contracted with Guy. We were promised by the sales rep that our current existing shingles were called "Georgetown Grey". We handed the sales rep a spare shingle indicating that we wanted the same color we have now, and he told us that it was in fact "Georgetown Grey". He did not bring any samples of Certainteed shingles which we currently have with him, so we had to take his work that what we had was "Georgetown Grey". We had used Guy roofing in the past and was very pleased. We had them come give estimate on a rental home About 3 weeks ago. Tech was to call us back. After 2 weeks I called office and was told he wasn’t available but they would send him message. Still another week no call. I called office again and received same answer. It’s been another week and no one has followed up yet. We have reached out to another roofer Hopefully they want our business

Because Guy Roofing failed to show up to do the work I paid for, the contents of my storage shed were ruined. Because Guy Roofing failed to show up to do the work I paid for, I did not have a chance to locate another vendor to do the work that I needed to protect the items that were in the building they were supposed to cover before it rained that weekend. The fact that they refunded my money is hardly relevant when you look at the bigger picture which paints a poor portrait of the company. Buyer beware!

Once the salesman had us sign the contract, it took weeks to even get on the calendar to have the work done. We were offered financing and got approved for it, only to receive an invoice for the full balance with $210 in extra charges. The drip edge we paid extra for wasn't installed. It has been two days since I called about the drip edge, with no response.

Our roof was leaking around our Dormers. Although not covered by insurance, the insurance adjuster recommended Guy Roofing. A person came out, did not go up to inspect the roof nor go in the attic to inspect the potential issue. He sent up a drone to determine the issues. We received a quote for $8500. We thought that included the roof repair and Dormer repair; it did not. The Dormer repair cost another $5000. Now a few months later we have another leak next to the completed work.
