Absolute professional and also very personable. She inspected the roof, took measurements and showed us our options. We told her we needed to explore financing and she said no problem. I am so pleased with Justin P*****, the young man from Guy Roofing who came out to help me with a questionable leak on my roof in Simpsonville. He was so professional, checking out every possible source and came up with multiple solutions to fix the issue. He even cleaned out my gutters and sealed spots around the chimney, providing extra support to a gutter area. I offered to pay the young man for his efforts, which he actually refused. I applaud both Guy Roofing and Justin!!!
Wanda was a great sales representative and explained the entire process as well as showed me the details that would take place during this process. Wanda was very knowledgeable and her experience in this field showed. Very customer oriented.

Our experience with Guy Roofing started with the salesman coming by. He worked with us through the insurance process and helped us to select the best package for our repairs and home. On the day of our install (yes....one day!) the crews were early and started as soon as they were set up. They took extra care to cover AC units, bushes, and flower beds. Upon her illustration of the various levels of roofing protection, we decided to choose Guy Roofing and to go with the Platinum Protection Roofing System from Owens Corning.
