I had a transmission issue and was not particularly pleased with putting a used unit in my vehicle after the problem with the first factory unit. Was able to come to an agreement and split the cost difference on a new one. Not many warranty companies would do that. Normally they just want the bare minimum even when it does not make sense.
Honestly, I didn't plan on buying a warranty. A few weeks after I got my vehicle the transmission started acting up. Every time I had trouble with the dealership or had any questions at all. GWC Warranty was so helpful! Dealing with GWC was the best part of horrible experience I have had with this vehicle. I would certainly consider them again in the future!
When my transmission broke I thought I was going to have lots of problems getting the warranty to cover, well I was so wrong GWC took care of it with out any problems they send me to his preferred mechanic and got it fix. THANKS GWC.
GWC Warranty is awesome they haven't fail me yet except for when I had to have my crankshaft done which wasn't covered with the package deal I selected from which the sale agent told me. So what I have learn is that meaning me and everybody who's getting that extra security of warranties for your vehicle; Please READ what is covered, and what isn't covered, and trust me by knowing that that is half the battle of getting upset when you think all is included in the package you have; especially us ladies.
The warranty and aspects was good but the dealer labor prices was outrageous

When I signed up for this warranty I was told bumper to bumper.I was only expecting to pay the deductable .That what I was supposed to have been paying for. Instead I winded up paying 800.00 out of pocket..Way more than I expected too for a extended warranty.If I had known this before I would have looked for other options...Way to costly.
The warranty covered some repairs I needed on my car. Very prompt payment.
You guys do an excellent job in providing the service that I need for my vehicle whenever repairs are needed. Would highly recommend you guys to anybody.
