The whole experience was pretty good. Our service advisor was familiar with process and took care of everything for us. It went pretty smoothly from start to finish. The only thing that wouldn’t been perfect was the fact that the warranty didn’t cover 100% of the services that the dealership had to perform for the repair that we had. Other than that it was pretty painless.

I was told it would take 5-7 days to fix my car problem but it just took 2days because of your quick action for the complaint. Thank you very much and I appreciate your prompt respond to the customer.
